PLEASE REVIEW
We use USPS to ship domestically via First Class and Priority shipping across the United States As of February 2024, 10DC Ships to all 50 states but are not able to ship internationally.

Selecting First Class Shipping option can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.

Selecting Priority Shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Priority Shipping is required for any orders over 1 pound in weight.

Selecting Priority Express Shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 business days.

Please note that estimated timeframes for ALL shipping options are not a GUARANTEE. While we do our best to get all packages out as quickly as possible, delays in delivery do occur for situations that are entirely outside of our control. Please keep in mind, placing an order on Friday with Priority Shipping does not ensure a faster delivery. To support a faster shipment using Priority or Priority Express Shipping option, we recommend placing orders Sunday-Wednesday for a potential same week delivery.

Orders are processed as they are received. Orders may take up to 48 hours to process after an accepted payment is received through our regular business hours Monday-Friday.

We are closed every weekend and orders placed Friday will be filled the following Monday. Special circumstances resulting in delays may apply to this process.
ORDER PROCESSING

We request that customers create a user account and keep their information updated to avoid delays in processing orders. If your order is placed on hold, this will be noted in your account. Please review our FAQ page for reasons why your transaction was not processed successfully.
Once you place an order on the website, the transaction is submitted for verification and an order confirmation will be sent to the email used at checkout.
If payment is processed successfully, your order will move through our website and into our shipping program.
If payment cannot be processed successfully, our system will automatically mark the order as “Failed”. Orders marked as “Failed” cannot be processed and you will need to place a new order with valid payment.
Payment processing can take up to 48 hours.
Fulfillment

Once the order arrives in our shipping program, our fulfillment team will validate addresses with USPS to ensure a valid delivery location.
Please note: Shipping information is transferred directly from what you enter when placing your order. Make sure the information is entered in accurately, exactly how it is listed with USPS to avoid any delays or issues with deliveries.
Orders that do not have valid addresses will be placed on hold. We will do our best to reach out to you for confirmation of valid addresses. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to shipping address complications.
Once the address has been verified within our shipping program, our fulfillment team begins the fulfillment and packaging process. This process is performed daily. Please note: orders that do not move through the processing phase before the fulfillment process is started will be processed the following day. *Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Please note, some items are made to order. Orders with made-to-order items will be placed on hold until our production team can create the item needed. This process can take up to 48 hours. Made-to-order items include Honey Buckets, Terpsolates, and THCa Diamonds.
Our fulfillment team fulfills orders and double checks to make sure all items are placed in the package to be shipped.
All packages are packed discreetly with no indication of 10DC on the outside of the package.
All flower is packaged, sealed, and vac-sealed to ensure the package does not smell.
All packages include a packing slip as well as a Letter to Law Enforcement explaining that our products are Hemp Derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.
Shipping

Once an order moves into the final phase of fulfillment, you will receive an email with your tracking information. The receipt of this email does not mean that your item has shipped. It means that a shipping label has been created for your order and is currently in fulfillment status.
Once you receive tracking information, we request that you wait at least 24 hours for updates to be made in USPS’s system.
The processed, fulfilled, packaged and labeled orders will be picked up by USPS by 5:00pm PST and taken to the annex facility to be sorted. Please note that sales and promotions that cause an increase in order volume may cause delays in this process. Orders that do not make it through the fulfillment phase before USPS comes to pick up packages will be picked up the following business day or taken directly to our local USPS Annex.
Missing items and Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If there are any issues with your order, we ask that you reach out to us as soon as you get your package.
We ask for pictures to aid us in the investigation of your claim. Pictures are only used for investigative and training purposes and will not be shared outside of our team.
We reserve the right to ask for pictures of products, packing slips, packages, and any other order related items for investigative purposes. Please note: We cannot guarantee resolution. All claims are subject to refusal at the discretion of our team in congruence with our rules, regulations, and processes.
If your package has not been successfully delivered or is stalled in transit, you can file a missing mail claim with USPS directly or reach out to our customer support team who would be happy to handle filing the claim on your behalf. Please note that we do not have control over a package once it has left our facility and it is up to USPS to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your package. We also only have access to the same tracking information as you do and do not have access to USPS internal servers.
If you file a claim directly with USPS, you will be asked to supply the letter of apology that USPS sends to customers whose packages are indeed lost. This apology letter is what we need to confirm a package loss and approve a refund or replacement.

At 10DC, we prioritize your privacy and discretion with every order. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your purchase arrives securely and discreetly, with no external markings or branding to indicate the nature of the contents. The only label you will find on the outside of our packages are the shipping label addressed from our parent company, Jefferson Ecommerce Solution LLC. To further safeguard your privacy, we implement a double-sealing method for all our flower products, effectively minimizing any potential odors. Additionally, each package includes a carefully drafted letter to law enforcement, detailing our strict adherence to Federal rules and regulations, emphasizing our commitment to compliance and legal integrity. Rest assured, your discretion is our priority, from order to delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to shipping location once an order has been processed. We can cancel the order so you are able to place a new order with the correct address. We apologize that you are having an issue. There are a few reasons why this could be happening.

  • Your address or payment method has been flagged within our system. This could be due to fraudulent charges, excessive chargebacks, suspected as being under the legal age restriction, or any other issues within the perimeters outlined by our terms and conditions. If you believe this is incorrect, please reach out to  us immediately to resolve the issue.
  • Your address has been placed on the DO NOT SHIP list at the discretion of 10DC. Please reach out to us for more information about why this decision has been made and how to resolve the issue.
  • The information input at checkout does not match your chosen payment method. Failure to provide a valid name, matching billing/shipping information, or valid payment method on your order may result in a failed transaction.
    • If all of your information is correct, please reach out to us to resolve the issue.
    • If you do not have a user account established on our website, please create one. If you do have a user account, please verify and update all information in your account to avoid any further delays in processing your order.

Orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original condition, and packaging. Please notify us of any issues immediately and we will assess the situation for return approval and email you a return label. Requests for returns of opened or used items will not be approved.

Any item returned in accordance with our policy may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to require a return of any products before issuing a refund. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 days after your return is received. It may take your bank 2-4 additional days for those funds to be reflected in your account. An exchange is the same as a return, please follow the above directions and send your items back You may then place a new order for the items you wish to receive at your convenience.

If there is an issue with your order, or product, please contact us immediately at support@10dollarcartridge.com and provide details of the issue. Please include the following items if applicable:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your Order Number
  3. An explanation the issue you are experiencing
  4. A copy or photo of your packing slip
  5. A photo of the product you received
  6. A photo clearly showing the issue you are experiencing

We may request the item to be returned before issuing a replacement. This supports our standard for quality assurance and customer service. A discarded product without providing the above stated details may not qualify for replacement.

  • Refunds and exchanges are still subject to a return of the original product.
  • Shipping and fees are non-refundable unless order is cancelled prior to shipping.
  • If an official statement is passed prohibiting the shipment of cartridges, all orders containing cartridges that have arrived to the customer are final and can no longer be returned or replaced. 10DC will be proactive in informing our customers of any major changes via newsletter.

We apologize for this inconvenience. There could be a few reasons why your order is showing as “On hold”.

  • This transaction was flagged due to an error in the transaction: name, billing address, shipping address, or addressee listed in the shipping address was not able to be verified or authorized. If you do not have a user account established on our website, please create one. If you do have a user account, please verify and update all information in your account to avoid any further delays in processing your order.
  • Your order is pending an address verification. You should have received an email to the email used at checkout concerning this issue. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder. Please note that we are unable to change shipping address to a completely different address after an order has been placed.
  • You have a made-to-order item within your order. Orders with made-to-order items can take up to 48 hours during regular business hours to complete. We will get your order out as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or approve exchanges for items due to personal taste. We can only accept returns or exchanges for products that fall into the following categories:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product/hardware is faulty.
  • The quality of the product is unacceptable under our current policies.
  • The items are no longer wanted/needed, are unopened, and fall within the 15 day return window as outlined within our return policies.

  1. After your order is placed, you should receive an email with your Order Confirmation. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folders. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us so we can verify your email address was inputted correctly in your order and/or account.
  2. When your order is in “fulfillment status” a shipping label is created.
    • Please note, some items are made to order. Orders with made-to-order items will be placed on hold until our production team can create the item needed. This process can take up to 48 hours.
  3. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your label has been printed. Please understand that this does not mean your order has shipped, only that it is currently being fulfilled. We ask that you allow at least 24 hours for your tracking to update within USPS’s system.
  4. Every order receives a packing slip that is used to carefully fulfill the order. Each item is highlighted to note the items have been fulfilled and the order is verified by a second team member to ensure that ALL ITEMS have been placed into the package. It is then sealed and the label is applied.
  5. The processed orders are either picked up by the USPS carrier or dropped off to the USPS Annex by 5:00pm PST. Once it arrives at USPS, it is sorted and scanned into their system.
  6. It is the responsibility of USPS to transport and delivery a package safely. Please understand that we have no control over a package once it has left our facility and do not have access to USPS internal servers. For questions and concerns about the arrival of your package, please contact USPS directly as they will be able to give you more information. We only have access to the same tracking information as you.
  7. If your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it we will need to file a missing mail claim with USPS for their assistance in locating it. Our support team will be happy to file this claim on your behalf and track the status of the claim. Once it has been five business days after a claim is filed, we will be able to provide a resolution for you. Please note that all issues for orders are documented and excessive issues with delivery may result in us no longer being able to ship to that particular address. If you are having problems receiving deliveries, we recommend providing USPS with specific delivery instructions or having packages held for pick up at your local post office.

If you have not received your order, and there has been no updates to your tracking information for 3 days, please contact us at support@tendollarcartridge.com.

Please be mindful there is still an increase in online ordering and deliveries. USPS is working hard to get your orders out to you. On top of that, unexpected weather or road closures can cause increased delays in the delivery of your package. Thank you for your understanding and patience with any delays.

Tracking information is sent automatically via email to the address used at checkout. If you have not received this email, this could be because:

  1. Your order has not moved into the final phase of fulfillment. The tracking email is sent automatically when your shipping label is created. Orders can take up to 48 hours during regular business hours to move into the final phase of fulfillment from our payment processing phase. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will usually be fulfilled the following Monday assuming payment has processed successfully. We cannot guarantee same-day or next-day shipping of orders. 
  2. The email address on your order is incorrect. We understand that typos happen and that autofill can put the incorrect addresses into the form when you place an order. As the email does go out automatically, you may not receive the email if the email address is incorrect. Please reach out to us to confirm your email address and to receive your tracking information. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We know how frustrating it can be when you can’t track your package. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the tracking of your package, please reach out to us at support@10dollarcartridge.com.

Selecting Priority Shipping is an option, not a guarantee. We do not have control over a package once it has left our facility and cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time. According to USPS, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days assuming there are no delays along the route. While we understand your frustration, we do not have control over the package and only have access to the same tracking information as you do. For more information concerning delays in the delivery of your package, please reach out to USPS directly.

The following is our shipping process:

  1. Order is placed, payment is processed, and the order moves into our pre-shipment system.
  2. Packing slips and shipping label is created. An email with your tracking information is sent automatically by our system. This does not mean your product has shipped, only that it is being filled. This may happen fairly quickly, but your order still in line to be processed with several other orders.
  3. Every order gets a packing slip and Letter to Law Enforcement. All items are verified twice that they have been placed into the package. It is then sealed and labeled.
  4. USPS picks up orders by 5:00pm PST daily and taken to the USPS sorting facility. From here it will get scanned and sorted out to go to its appropriate location.
  5. Please allow at least 24 hours from receiving your tracking information for USPS to receive, sort, and scan your package. Please understand delays in fulfillment do happen. Sometimes, fulfillment does not get through all orders before USPS comes to pick up packages. Packages may take an extra day for USPS to receive.

Please be mindful there is an extensive increase in online ordering and deliveries. USPS is working hard to get your orders out to you. Thank you for understanding and patience in these processes.

We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, delays in shipping are outside of our control as well as outside of USPS’s control. There could be many factors that is causing a delay in shipping such as inclement weather, road closures, personnel  shortages, mechanical issues, and an increase in package volume. 

First Class and Priority Shipping are options but are not guaranteed. While we do our best to accommodate for lost, damaged, or otherwise tampered with packages, we cannot offer a refund for shipping costs due to a delay in delivery. 

We utilize USPS for our shipping needs. We cannot dictate delivery instructions to USPS on your behalf. Specific delivery instructions needed for proper delivery must be directed through USPS. Any delivery instructions left in the notes on your order, will unfortunately not be relayed to USPS directly.

Veteran Discount Program
Our Veteran Discount Program is a way to honor and support those who have served in the military. Verified Veterans receive a lifetime 5% discount on all purchases. This program does not affect the use of coupon codes or point redemption, allowing Veterans to enjoy additional savings and rewards on top of their discounts.
To apply for the Veteran Discount Program, Veterans need to send a photo of a valid Veteran’s ID and/or their DD214 for verification to support@10dollarcartridge.com. These documents will not be retained and are used solely for verification purposes. Once verified, their account will be upgraded to Veteran status, automatically applying a 5% discount on all purchases.
The 5% Veteran discount is independent of other offers. Veterans can still use coupon codes and redeem points without affecting their lifetime discount. This means they can enjoy additional savings and rewards on top of their 5% discount.
Points and Rewards
Points and Rewards are our way to give back to our loyal customers and thank you for choosing 10DC for your hemp-derived bliss. Every time you make a purchase, you earn points based on the value of your order. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Not only that but it is completely free! Just create an account and start earning points right away!
Once you create an account with us, you will automatically be able to earn points. You can earn points one of two ways:

1) Make a purchase. For every $1.00 spent, you earn 1 point.

2) Share your referral link. Your friends can earn you 100 points every time they use your link!

Once you have 100 points built up, you can use your points on future purchases. 100 points = $5.00 off your purchase.
Your referral link can be found within the points and rewards section of your account. Copy your referral link and share it with your friends. If they use your link to get to our site and make a purchase, you will automatically receive 100 points that you can use towards your next order.
To redeem your points, please follow these steps:

Go to the Points & Rewards section of your account.
Scroll down to the section “My Rewards”. There you will find the “Points Conversion” reward under the rewards tab.
Click “Redeem Now” and type in how many points you would like to redeem. You must have at least 100 points to redeem this reward.
When you click “Redeem Now”, a one time personal coupon will appear in the “My Rewards” section under “Coupons”. Copy this coupon and apply it like any other coupon on our checkout page or simply press “Apply Coupon” which will automatically apply it to your cart balance. Please note this redemption reward will not apply to orders using our regular coupons.
If you choose not to use the coupon right away or cannot use it due to a separate coupon of higher value, the coupon will stay in your “Coupons” tab and should not expire until you use it. Please note each redemption coupon is only able to be used once, but you can use multiple redemption coupons at once.
Alternatively, there is a bar at the top of the checkout page that states “You have points earned, choose your rewards”. When you click on that, a pop-up window will show you the “My Rewards” section where you can do steps 3-5 as outlined above.

Don’t worry! We all forget sometimes. Just reach out to us at support@10dollarcartridge.com and let us know the order number. We can get it connected to your account and add the points manually. This is a gift from us to you so we want to make sure you get every point you earn

Unfortunately, you will have to keep earning points. The minimum amount of points you can use is 100 so you have to have at least 100 points to redeem at checkout. But, if you collect more than 100, you can use them all at once if you like.

No. Unfortunately, most of our coupons cannot be used with the points redemption codes at this time. We will, however, make sure to make a few coupons that can be used with the points. When sharing new coupons, we will let you know if it can be used with points redemption codes or not.

Yes! You will still earn points on orders with coupons. Please note that you will only earn points for the amount you actually spend. With a coupon, you will earn points on the discounted price of the item.

Unfortunately, you cannot earn points on shipping costs. You can only earn points on the price of the items within your cart minus any applicable discounts or coupons.

Unfortunately, the orders placed before you made an account do not qualify for the points and rewards program. All orders must be placed after the creation of your account with us.

No. Unfortunately, points are only able to be earned on orders that are completed. Points earned on canceled and refunded orders will be deducted from your account automatically.

Birthday Rewards are our gift for you on your special day. On your birthday, you will receive a 15% Off coupon exclusively for you! 

Please note the following:

  • Birthday Rewards will only be given on the day of your birthday each year. If your birthday is not set, you will not receive the reward.
  • Birthday Reward coupons can only be used once.
  • Birthday Reward coupons will expire 30 days from the day of your birthday.

To set your birthday, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Points & Rewards section of your account.
  2. Scroll down to the “Ways to Earn Rewards” section. There you will find the “Birthday Rewards” section. 
  3. If you have not set your birthday yet, there will be a button within this box that allows you to set your birthday. Once set, you cannot change the date.

You are unable to change a birthday once it has been set. If there is an issue with your birth date, please reach out to support@10dollarcartridge.com. We can change your birth date manually but will need to confirm the date with a valid ID for security reasons.

Delta 8 THC, short for delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol, is a minor cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Yes, it is possible for Delta 8 THC and other cannabinoids such as THCa, THCp, CBN, CBG, and even CBD to result in a positive drug test. Standard drug tests typically detect the presence of THC metabolites, and other cannabinoids can produce similar metabolites. If you are subject to regular drug testing, it’s advisable to avoid our products or use them with caution.

THCA, or Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid, is a cannabinoid that is abundantly found in raw and unheated cannabis plants.
